Tyler Williams, better known by his stage name Tai, is a singer, songwriter, and producer hailing from New York City. In a tenor voice, he delivers lyrics about his love for women and passion for music with a skill set of vocals that are smooth and cleverly arranged into his mid tempo tracks. Tai's main focus is to redefine and reshape the edges of Contemporary urban R&B by using inspiration drawn from the great artists before him. With the release of his EP entitled, “That Love Shit” (TLS), Tai expresses the ups and downs of past relationships while exploring the realm of seduction that comes with being a bachelor searching for new love. Capturing the essences of the two spectrums of the love process was a 9-month undertaking that took Tai to new levels of creativity. With the exception of only a couple of tracks produced by upcoming producers, The Amazinz and Artist/Extraordinaire Bentley, the TLS project was solely written, produced, and performed by Tai, in effort of introducing himself to the R&B world as more than a singer. Releasing TLS has allowed Tai to enter the R&B world as an artist with more than one ability, highlighting his exceptional writing and producing capabilities. This album is the beginning of Tai’s journey as a musical artist and his sights are set on nothing but opportunity and success.
