It maybe called the Lady Gaga look but this look is reminiscent of the late 1920's era with Clara Bow and Betty Boop. I actually love this look. I don’t think everyone can pull it off but I enjoy seeing it. It's very animated and fun. Fashion is fun and expressive. A form of art that doesn't have to be attractive by other perspectives. So if you like it, and someone else doesn’t. Mother eff them all. =)

Five Steps To Get This Look::
1.Apply a nude or skin-colored lipstick/gloss.
2.Use a darker colored lip pencil to draw a heart shape, using your natural top lip shape as the top of the heart.
3.Color in with a matching lipstick/gloss.
4.You may either blend the edges like so or leave it the way it is.
5.Finish by lightly dusting on a transparent powder for lasting color.
