Jersey rhymesayer Vibes has come together with The DJBooth to bring listeners his latest street release, Bay Parkway. A compilation of unreleased material recorded during the sessions for Vibes’ forthcoming King’s Highway LP (scheduled for release later this year), the project features 12 original records (plus two bonus tracks!) from the up-and-coming emcee. Included are reader-approved leaks “Our City,” “Slacker,” “The Reckoning,” “Insomniacs,” “Dead Presidents (‘11 Version)” and “West Side.” Joining Vibes on the guest tip throughout Bay Parkway are Felicia Nicole and KDrew. Production comes courtesy of Vans Beats, PaperBoy Fabe, MAJ0R, Freek Van Workum, Best Kept Secret and KDrew, with additional scratches/instrumentation by guitarist James Strazza and DJ Pain1.

Jersey City MC Vibes steps outside of the box on this one as he raps over the Radiohead song "Reckoner" and creates his own original spin with "The Reckoning".

"Looking for answers in a stanza, read between the lines there comes a time when you can't run," Vibes raps as he opens up the songs over the highly recognizable Radiohead drum break, and continues to go in over Thom Yorke's haunting vocals.

Vibes is back to unleash his second single "Insomniac" from his upcoming DJ Booth-backed mixtape release Bay Parkway. The young NJ MC has definitely made some noise following his "Dead Presidents" freestyle and has left listeners hungry for more. "Insomniac" has a laid back, blues feel complete with Vibes' soulful flow and hard hitting lyrics.
